I have known Grant for 6 years. During this time he has installed a new gas boiler heating system in my daughter’s flat, mended the shower and been called in on an emergency by the other flat owners when there was a major sewage problem in the building, and has worked on other various occasions in my house mending the boiler, changing taps and locating a leak in the water pipes. He is about to put in a new gas hob for me. Grant has always done a very good job whether it be a new installation or an emergency when getting to the root of a problem quickly is so important. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Grant working in the house alone because he is totally trustworthy and leaves the premises in the best condition possible. Grant is one of the few people I would recommend without hesitation because, apart from being extremely good at his job at a competitive price, he is also a very decent, nice person to have working for you.

We have recently extended and completely renovated our home, and as part of this process have had to replace and relocate our old boiler, and replace the majority of plumbing in the house. Grant at Homewiseplumbing has completed this work for us, and we can’t recommend him enough. His is professional, thorough and flexible in his approach and has worked closely not just with us, but also our lead contractor to react to scope changes. Excellent workmanship with a quality finish and thoroughly professional right from our initial meeting, through the quote process (which was clear and detailed) through to completing the job. Grant has been working for me for the last three years. He has never let me down, always communicates with me clearly and patiently and works tidily. Most importantly he has solved my plumbing problems and has worked at the house when I’ve been away. He has done some work for a friend of mine and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. Lastly, Grant’s rates are very reasonable and explained at the beginning of the job.
